Common Questions

Yes — we provide 1 month of free demo access with full features enabled. No payment or credit card is required. After the demo period, you can choose to subscribe or walk away with no obligation.

The minimum is 10 employees at ₹450 per employee per year (₹4,500 + 18% GST = ₹5,310). There is no lower tier.

Payment is annual advance — the full amount for the year is paid upfront at the time of subscription or renewal. There is no monthly billing option.

Yes. If you add employees during the year, we invoice the additional employees pro-rated for the remaining period, also payable in advance.

The calculator shows both the base amount and the total with 18% GST added. A proper GST tax invoice is issued upon payment.

No. The subscription price covers only the software. Biometric device hardware (fingerprint/face recognition devices), if required, is charged separately.
